Board of Trustees
From our grand opening in 2000 through our capital expansion, the Board of Trustees has been the critical factor in leading, building, and supporting The National WWII Museum.
Internships
The Museum offers a limited number of unpaid internships each semester to qualified college juniors, seniors, and graduate students.
MUSEUM FOUNDERS
Stephen Ambrose and Nick Mueller brought The National D-Day Museum to life on June 6, 2000, an institution ultimately designated as America’s National WWII Museum by a 2004 act of Congress.
Volunteer
Volunteering at our Museum gives you the opportunity to learn more about the history of World War II and D-Day, to meet and befriend people with similar interests, and to serve a premier educational institution.
