Featuring a state-of-the-art media broadcast and presentation studio, the Karen H. Bechtel and William M. Osborne III Media Auditorium is perfect for simulcasts, video streams, or live virtual interaction with groups all over the world. Located on the second floor of Hall of Democracy, this rental space includes fully integrated videoconferencing capabilities and functions as the epicenter of the Museum's digital content production.

Audio-Visual Capabilities
All program requests, setup needs, and media need to be finalized and delivered to the A/V department 72 hours before event. Testing of media received after this 72-hour period is not guaranteed, and there may not be time to make corrections. No further changes to media can be made once an event has started.
All events in the Media Auditorium will need at least one technician assigned.
